SMART = Sales Marketing Association of Rising Talent is committed to fostering a community of early Sales & Marketing talent in CNY through networking, informative dialogue, and professional development. Early talent includes Sales and Marketing professionals with 0-3 years of experience and/or college seniors preparing to go into their 1st year of workforce in Sales and Marketing. SMART is a division of CNY SME (CNY Sales & Marketing Executives).

In addition to networking and community, our goal is to keep top talent in CNY by informing early talent of the Sales and Marketing companies/opportunities/mentors in their own backyard. Additionally, allowing CNY companies access and understanding of the incoming/current pool of talent in their area. Ultimately, allowing CNYSME to have a robust approach of meeting all the needs of Sales & Marketing professionals in the CNY area, regardless of career level.
