Longtime client, Saratoga Bridges came to us seeking a sourcing a functional, attractive and reasonably priced gift to be given out at their annual Employee Recognition Celebration. Saratoga Bridges is a non-profit organization in Saratoga County which serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Their philosophy is Every Day is Full of Possibilities! The theme for the event and the gift was “One Person Can Make a Difference…Thanks for Making a Difference Every Day”.
Saratoga Bridge’s Employee Celebration and Recognition Committee had identified a unique gift that they were interested in presenting their employees with. The gift consisted of a durable silver star-shaped keyring attractively presented in a gift box with a motivational thank you card inserted. But due to a sparsity of suppliers who had the gift item and also inventory outages, the gift was not going to be available exactly the way that the client had hoped.
However, here at Cooley we never let a small hiccup prevent us from finding the perfect solution for our clients! We put our heads together and found a way to fulfill our customer’s wishes. We found an attractive silver star shaped key ring which on one side we engraved with Saratoga Bridges’ logo, and engraved on the back was the message “ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE”. From a second supplier, we procured a very nice black mini velour drawstring pouch which was foil stamped in silver with the customer’s logo. Then using a third supplier, we produced the motivational Thank You card which featured the client’s inspiring story. To package it all up, we inserted the keyring and card into the velour pouch…and delivered the gifts on-time and under budget!
The team members at Saratoga Bridges were thrilled to receive such a unique, attractive, and useful gift. Our contacts in the client’s Development and Foundation department as well as executive staff and the celebration committee were very pleased with the finished product and especially with the reception and feedback they received from recipients. Additionally, the customer was grateful that we were able to come in under budget – always greatly appreciated!!
